Our 30-day return policy guarantees your satisfaction on every product we offer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Your loyalty is of greater value to us than any single sale.
If your item was given as a gift, you will receive Balinese Treasures store credit. You may use this credit to purchase the item or items of your choosing. Unused store credits expire 180 days after issuance.
Refunds, less shipping costs, will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Please contact customer service at sales@balinesetreasures.com, in advance to obtain a Balinese Treasures return code within 30 days of the shipment date. On receipt, our Quality Assurance department will review your returned item. We cannot accept for return any item showing signs of wear, or that have been engraved, damaged, resized, or altered. Returns without a Balinese Treasures return code or parcels that are improperly packaged will be refused. Balinese Treasures will not be responsible for loss or damage of returns while in shipment.
